Synopsis
A daring jailbreak from an airliner at 30,000 feet has U.S. Marshal Pete Nessip mourning his brother and shooting revenge. After being ordered to surrender his badge, he seeks out Jessie Crossman, a well-known skydiver, and offers to sponsor her team for the annual Independence Day parachute show in Washington, D.C., if she trains him. Meanwhile, the mastermind behind the jailbreak in the air plans a daring computer theft on Independence Day.
