Synopsis
Literature professor Jim Bennett leads a secret life as a player with high rates. Bennett always tries when he is engaged in risk, when he borrows from the gangster and offers his life as a collateral. Remaining one step forward, he puts his creditor against the operator of an illegal gambling ring, attracting the attention of Frank, a paternalistic shark. As his relationship with the student is deepening, Bennett should risk everyone in order to get a second chance.
